Our Child Safety Standards (CSAE) outline our commitment to protecting minors and our procedures for handling prohibited content.

We take our responsibility to safeguard children seriously. In accordance with applicable laws:

3. Automated Protections

While Kutuli respects the privacy of your shared orbit, we utilize industry-standard technologies to detect and prevent the distribution of known CSAM within our platform. These systems are designed to protect children while maintaining the privacy of legitimate user communications.

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior on Kutuli that you believe violates these standards or endangers a minor, please report it immediately to our safety team at safety@kutuli.app.

5. Termination of Service

Violation of these standards is a breach of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate loss of access to the Kutuli platform, without refund of any subscription fees.
